City Centre Development Agency (CCDA) Welcome to the City of Medicine Hat, City Centre Development Agency web site.  We are a consolidated group of business interests located in the down town core of the City of Medicine Hat, Alberta.  The directors work together to come up with ideas and events that will draw the population of Medicine Hat down to the City Core.  We also put on special events, in conjunction with the Monarch Theatre also located in the down town core of Medicine Hat.
